ENDVR BRAND SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

Standard processing time for orders is 5-7 business days before they are shipped. Orders placed after 10:00 AM (EST) may be processed the following business day. Processing and shipping times may be longer during collection launches, holidays, and other peak seasons.

We cannot modify shipping addresses or shipping methods after checkout.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details sent to the email address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments once the order has left our warehouse.

U.S. SHIPPING OPTIONS & COSTS

Endvr Brand offers free standard ground shipping on orders over $230 shipping within the contiguous United States. Orders typically take 4-7 business days to arrive once they leave our Atlanta distribution center.

For all other purchases, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and estimated package weight.

For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, orders are automatically upgraded to air delivery at checkout.

  • We do not combine multiple orders into a single shipment.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS & COSTS

International shipping rates vary. During checkout, shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the estimated package weight.

CUSTOMS FEES, IMPORT TAX & DUTIES

For all international orders (outside the U.S.), the total amount paid at checkout includes all applicable customs duties and taxes. There will be no additional charges upon delivery.

FAILED DELIVERY / RETURNED TO SENDER / ABANDONED PACKAGES

  • If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, it will be returned to Endvr Brand at the customer's expense.

  • If the recipient is unavailable for all delivery attempts, the package will be held at a local FedEx center for pickup. If not collected, it will be returned to Endvr Brand at the customer’s expense.

  • For international orders, if you refuse delivery, the package will be returned to Endvr Brand at your expense, including shipping costs and any duties/taxes incurred. These costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.

  • Packages held in customs for 30 days without retrieval will be considered abandoned. Customers who abandon a package forfeit the right to a refund or exchange.

DAMAGED OR OPENED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or opened, take a photo of the damage before inspecting the contents. File a claim with the courier used for delivery and also contact us at shop@endvrbrand.com for assistance.
