At ENDVR BRAND, we are committed to providing our customers with premium-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Please review the details of our return policy below.

Return Eligibility
• Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered, as confirmed by the shipping carrier’s tracking information.
• Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
• Exclusions: Certain products, including final sale items, limited releases, collaboration products, and custom or personalized items, are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please review the product description before purchasing.
• Original Packaging: Footwear, if applicable, must be returned with the original shoe box and dust bag in good condition. Damaged packaging may result in a partial refund or refusal of the return.

How to Request a Return
1. Submit a Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact us at SHOP@ENDVRBRAND.COM within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
2. Receive Return Instructions: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your return.
Non-Returnable Items
• Final Sale Items: Products marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Limited Releases: Certain limited-release products are non-returnable due to the exclusive nature of the items.
• Custom or Personalized Items: Custom orders, including items with personalized designs, are non-returnable.
• Collaboration Products: Products made in collaboration with other brands or creators are considered final sale and are non-returnable.
Refund Process
• Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Restocking Fee: A $15 restocking fee may apply for certain returns.
• Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where an incorrect or damaged item was sent.
• Partial Refunds: If items are returned damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition, only a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Risk of Loss / Title of Goods
• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for products purchased on the site or through ENDVR BRAND services passes to the purchaser once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.
• Title of Returned Items: ENDVR BRAND does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return, but this does not transfer title of the item back to us.
• Lost Packages: If your order is lost during transit, please contact SHOP@ENDVRBRAND.COM for assistance. However, because risk of loss transfers to the buyer when the order is delivered to the carrier, refunds or replacements will be subject to our investigation.
Retail Delivery Fee
Several states impose a non-refundable retail delivery fee on all deliveries by motor vehicle to a location within their respective state. Although the cost of the fee varies by state, it generally applies to any delivery with at least one item of tangible personal property subject to state sales or use tax. ENDVR BRAND is required to collect and remit this fee on each order in accordance with state law. The fee applies to the entire order regardless of the number of items in an order and how many shipments are needed to deliver the items. This retail delivery fee is not refundable on orders that are returned for a credit or refund, including sales tax.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at SHOP@ENDVRBRAND.COM within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement if applicable.
Product Information
Prices, descriptions, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors may be corrected when discovered, and ENDVR BRAND reserves the right to revoke any stated offer in order to correct any errors or inaccuracies. Although ENDVR BRAND has made every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible, the displayed colors of the products depend upon the monitor of the user, and ENDVR BRAND cannot guarantee that the user’s monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the products. Products displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and prices are subject to change. ENDVR BRAND is not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter.
Purchase Cancellations
All orders placed through any ENDVR BRAND services are subject to ENDVR BRAND’s acceptance. This means that ENDVR BRAND may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your credit card or payment method has already been charged for an order that is later canceled, ENDVR BRAND will issue you a refund.
